01 / The person behind the perspective

From the systems we code to the places
we call home.

My background is in software engineering, with graduate training in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Today, I’m bringing that same systems thinking to housing, property and the cities we build.

Originally from Nepal and now based in Sydney, I’m interested in the connection between technical possibility and everyday life. I share what I’m learning, ask better questions, and follow the evidence.

02 / What I’m exploring

The future is connected.
So is my curiosity.

Three intersecting perspectives on the places we live and the systems that shape them.

01
Intelligence with context

AI meets the built world.

Where can AI make property workflows clearer, faster and more useful? I explore the role of data, automation and human judgement in housing technology.

02
Signals behind the headlines

Housing is a system.

Prices tell only part of the story. Supply, planning, infrastructure and affordability offer a richer view of how property markets work.

03
A longer view

Better technology. More liveable cities.

The most interesting innovation improves how people live. I follow the ideas connecting smarter infrastructure, construction and the future of our neighbourhoods.

How your enquiry is handled

Your name, email, chosen topic and message are stored securely with the website host and sent through FormSubmit to kucekeny@gmail.com so Keny can respond. These providers may process data outside Australia. No payment, identity documents or sensitive personal information should be submitted.

The website removes records older than 30 days when the next enquiry is processed. Email copies and the delivery provider’s records follow their separate retention practices. To request access or deletion, email Keny. A short-lived, hashed network identifier helps prevent spam.
